TO HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Working from my therapy room in the countryside near Muir of Ord, Ross-shire, I practise a combination of therapies to help you maintain wellbeing in your life.

The basis of the therapies I practise is that problems with your health and wellbeing stem from blocks in your body's energy system.

Eastern cultures have always recognised that there is a 'life-force' energy flowing through all living things which is vital for wellbeing. It is known as 'chi' in China, 'ki' in Japan, and 'prana' in India. The practise of yoga and tai chi are based on the free-flow of this energy in a person.

Your life-force energy may become blocked due to many factors - injury, stress, emotional issues, your environment, the foods you eat, the products you use - which upset the balance and prevent your body from functioning properly. The aim of my work is to help restore the balance so that natural healing can take place.

My comfortable and peaceful therapy room is located in my home by Clashwood, near Muir of Ord. All facilities are on the ground floor, in a smoke-free and pet-free environment, and there is plenty of parking space available.

Appointment times are flexible and I offer sessions during the daytime and in the evening.

I can do home visits locally for anyone unable to reach me, and I can also arrange pick-up from the village bus stop or rail station, at a small extra charge to cover mileage.
